Special thanks to Walmart for sponsoring this post!
Hi friends and Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you all are enjoying time with friends and family! I wanted to share some easy and affordable ideas for hosting this holiday season! I’ve partnered with Walmart to bring you holiday hosting and styling essentials I’m sure you’ll love! Their Rustic Luxe collection is one of my favorites. Throughout this post, I’ll be sharing how I add beautiful styling pieces to my holiday table scape.
You can’t beat the prices on everything you need to create a beautiful and simple table scape. We won’t be hosting this year, but I always love prettying up my table for our family of four! I’ve created a table scape that works for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, including affordable faux greenery, pine cones, birch branches and eucalyptus stems to adorn the center. I’ll share more about this later. :)
Below, I’ve sourced what I used to create a simple place setting…

I love these adorable set of 4 bowls! For just under $14, they’re the perfect size for desserts, soups, dips and more! I added my favorite fall fruit, a fresh pomegranate for a pop of color. These arctic white cloth napkins come in a set of 12… Priced at just over a $1 per napkin; I couldn’t pass them up! My flatware is almost 20 years old from our wedding registry, but I love this classic pattern by Oneida!
My most favorite accessory from Walmart has nothing to do with hosting, but it sure does make the dining room look festive and pretty! This 9 ft faux mixed greenery is fabulous… REALLY! I was pleasantly surprised at how full it was, plus all the pinecones! Wanna know the best part? It’s under $15! Here’s a closer look:
I added it to my 5-light chandelier and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks! To make it easier, I cut the garland in half and attached it on both sides of the light. I fluffed and twisted the boughs up and under to secure.
Many of you have asked about this 5-light chandelier. It’s also from Walmart and a price you’re sure to love! It’s the perfect chandelier for the greenery I used! If this is the look you’ve been going for in your home, you’ll be happy to know that Walmart carries these chairs and this gorgeous cable knit looking rug too!

And last, but certainly not least… The fluffy faux sheepskin in the center of the table! I was inspired by several images I found on Pinterest for this look! I love the pop of white and texture it brings to the table, along with the birch branches, pine cones and eucalyptus stems. It’s my favorite holiday centerpiece and will likely stay through the new year and cold winter months!
I hope you were inspired to create a simple table scape for the holidays using affordable pieces from Walmart! These holiday hosting and styling essentials were so fun to find and share with you!
Wishing you all a safe and Happy Holiday!
Blessings,
